The United Pegasus Foundation (UPF)
is a
501(c)(3) non-profit organization
dedicated to
rescuing, rehabilitating,
and retiring horses.
UPF has become one of the largest thoroughbred retirement, rehabilitation and adoption organizations, saving hundreds of former racehorses from slaughter by giving them a humane and deserved retirement. With an operating cost of approximately $350,000 a year, UPF relies on volunteers and the generosity of donors to perform its mission and maintain its well-equipped farm with a carrying capacity of more than 100 horses.

HAY HAY HAY
The cost of hay here in California has gone crazy, we have already been informed by our hay suppliers that by November, alfaha hay will cost more than $20.00 per bale, and by December we might not be able to find any.
We are desperately trying to raise funds NOW so we can purchase a bunch of hay before the price goes up or before we cannot find any.
Each truck and trailer load costs, as of now, approximately $8,000.00 which will last about 8 weeks.
Please help by donating towards our hay fund as we have to provide and feed our horses.
